Purple Sun + Moon Workshop Request Form
Workshops at Purple Sun + Moon Yoga are based on a 65/35 Split. Please note the following conditions to request a workshop with us, which must be adhered to:
This form must be completed no later than 5 weeks before the event date to be considered.
Come up with the canva picture for workshop. Create title, content and price to represent your workshop.
Create your own Marketing Flyer and any handouts for your workshop. Make enough copies for PSM and any other places you want to hang the flyer. All flyers and copies are your responsibility. Post at PSM and other local businesses.
Promote your workshop on our PSM FB page, your own FB page, website and other social media and tag us @purplesunmoonyoga.

If you need to cancel your workshop, please do so in one week’s time before the date of the workshop or you will have to pay a cancellation fee of $30.
Clean up the studio after use. NO CANDLES and NO INCENSE in the studio please; only battery-operated candles. Re organize the prop room, sweep and mop the floor, and put away all chairs if utilized. NO SHOES OR FOOD allowed in the studio. Turn off every light, make sure the white thermostat is back on heat and lock the door.
All event requests can only be made for Friday’s after 12 noon, Saturday’s after 12 noon, and Sunday’s after 1 PM. No Workshops will be held Monday through Thursday of any week.
